Day 4 - Is there anybody home at Google??

STILL have not heard from Google. Nice huh?

People - a simple phone call will do!! Or an email!!

Wait! I just got another automated response from Google asking me to fill out a form (the same one I have filled out 4 times already...)
This was in response to me forwarding them a message I got from IC3 - the Internet Crimes Complaint Center. I found out about IC3 at this blog:

Hmmm - I hope it helps!!

To my readers - if you are interested in learning more about this issue, I have found several blogs that relate similar experiences:

I feel your pain. I think going public is the best way to handle these issues with Google. Perhaps someday they'll figure out that they shouldn't offer tools to customers unless they can properly support them. It was later determined that my hacker was someone based out of Italy. I'd recommend putting a fraud alert on your credit reports and changing all online passwords.

I now manually delete portions of email addresses from posters in my comments so as to protect their email addresses. I managed to delete a portion of your address before emailing you. Drop me another comment and I'll give you an email for a live person at Google that I think helped me.

One last comment to say I posted a link to you on my site and asked my readers to spread the word. Good luck!
